Is strawpage a valid form of indieweb?

Im only curious here - i am learning html but im struggling just a little bit on it. And idk i havent seen strawpage be brought up as a sort of alternative for ppl who cant learn html, only really as a “carrd clone”. I really like this site’s flexibility and customization, and i am making pages/archives with strawpage, like i said im just curious is all and i know i probably sound dumb asking but o well
