I am excited for “Tron: Ares”, which will be out in October this year. This movie I will definitely go to cinema for, to enjoy it on the big screen.
I have, of course, seen the original Tron film back in the eighties. The sequel, “Tron: Legacy” is possibly the coolest, slickest, glossiest looking film I have ever seen. Loved every minute of it.
Now Tron 3 is upon us. Jeff Bridges (one of my favourite actors) is the binding presence in all three parts. I do have big reservations about Jared Leto’s role in the upcoming sequel. Every movie I’ve seen him in to date has been ruined by his overacting. I don’t want to see Leto at it again. Hopefully the director will be able to rein him in. *doubtful*
Some “Tron: Legacy” awesomeness:

Yeah, well, I have a sneaky feeling I’ll be walking out of that cinema after the screening saying “Yep, ruined.”

Have you ever seen him in “House of Gucci”? He and Lady Gaga were on a rampage in that one, chewing the scenery like there was no tomorrow! 🍿

No I didn't see that one! am guessing you wouldn't recommend it then?
But I know him from Requiem for a Dream and My So-Called Life and smaller parts in like Girl Interrupted and American Pyscho, didn't like any of his performances in those

No, I wouldn’t recommend it. He stood out in a bad way!
He should probably just stick to music, though I will admit to having never looked up his band. Scared it would be as bad as his acting haha. :D
