Simple system timer in C

I really liked idea of creating my own components and using them with i3, and since I want to do them myself I just started coding. What you see here is like 20 minutes of my work. Its definetly not final, I see lots of flaws, but it works for now, and as ancient rule says don't touch working sutff, but Im gonna improve it either way because I can do better than that.
