𐔌՞. .՞𐦯 media i've consumed (2nd week of july)

i'm currently listening to wet leg's moisturizer so i guess i'll start the list off with that. it's moodier compared to their self-titled debut album but i find myself liking these songs more. they still carried on some of the cheeky, unhinged vibe that their past songs have (the album starting off with cpr is evidence enough for this) but moisturizer definitely focuses more on themes of falling in love and being in love (kind of ironic because this is a song from their debut album.) anyway, some of my personal faves are liquidize, davina mccall, mangetout, and pokemon :D

next are these video essays.

this video provides PLENTY of resources that are useful for customization. from blinkies to web stamps, i'm sure everyone here will find something they might like. 

learned a bunch about emo culture and its punk influences. emo will never be what it once was.

ratbag has to be one of my greatest music finds so far this month!! juliet & juliet really has me hooked but look what you're doing to me is my other fave track from the ep <3

the last time i really listened to wallows was when they only had pleaser out and wow have i been sleeping on their music... anytime, always from their album, model is so much fun. classic indie pop sound, perfect for the summer!

my sweet girl got me into shanni's music and her songs have a nice twinkly sound that i find so so so lovely :') her latest single, sikretong tayo lang may alam is no exception of that.

rewatched starstruck and it's still as good as i remembered it being. one of disney's best original movies (she's right up there with lemonade mouth and let it shine.)
