Hello everyone! 

This fine Sunday has me sewing by the air conditioner. Not as effective at keeping the air cool, but hey maybe it just needs the filter cleaned (as my mom suggested). No time for that tho! Time to sew!! I got this bulk package of cotton fabric in blues and greens for $10 at an estate sale! Makes me wish I got more but I hardly have enough room anywhere for more fabric stuff anyways so I kept it at one giant bag, agreeing that I'm just gonna get at it and try to sew. 

Patternless Pursuit

No pattern for this ruffly dress that's only made from rectangles. I have convinced myself that it wont look good or turn out but despite that voice I keep on truckin'. Ironing is also important and I won't convince myself to sabotage this project just because I don't have a fully visualized plan. I'm cutting and sewing the edges of the pieces, then I'm gonna sew those pieces together and hopefully it will end up a durable quality piece. Not sewing armpit hole dips tho either. I don't want to!

DIY Graphic Tee

Another thing I am planning are my work uniform shirts. We are allowed to tie dye them and whatever - - 

(Though I had forgot to bring my white one on the day we were doing it, and happened to ALSO throw it in the wash w these black dyed shorts I have [also for work], so it is now a light light lightttt purple)

- - So I thought why not use stencils and my beloved fabric paint. Exciting stuff. I also wanna add maybe lace or cool alterations to the T-Shirt to make it super cool and unique. Bet that's never been done before!! But realistically (since I don't have lace or anything) I will mostly focus on the fabric paint. 

This Moment-

At this moment, I'm laying on the couch, as my roommates went to timbuck 2 and have vacated the living room. I can feel the AC from here which is nice, but the state I'm in can only be described as delicate. The heat is killin' me. And not even scorching heat either! Lower swampy levels rise and I'm sick as a dog. Feelin' weel and nauseous and headache and allat. I don't think I will be able to go to Mass tonight cuz of the weather and the likely possibility I'll have to hold back gags and all that nasty stuff. Dizzy tired feeling.

But either way, this some of the things I have been up to today, and I'm gonna play some more CreepCast as I make myself something fashionable!!!!!!!!!!!!
