The Devil and The Witch

Heyo, just one of my favorite poems that I've written and was looking for any critiques.

All around the flames waltzed to his cruel tune

His steps, cloven-footed, dance in thick blood

I should’ve listened to the augury

My mind hagridden, I drop with a thud

Dress once pure, now tainted in heathen’s gore

His hooves clattered mockingly near my form

A coward I’ve become, brave nevermore

I ought to be shamed for bringing this storm

Blistered by greed, I summoned this damned beast

Slaughtering a coven to quench his thirst

Memories rot, friends once close now deceased

This jealousy wove my soul to a curse

With his silk-tongued words, I became convinced

Hand outstretched, his Faustian waltz commenced
