I need some hope. I need hope that actually active spacehey users aren't all that bad to find. that the top blogs can be salvageable from the echo chamber it has become.
im not going to go on a superficial spiel about how spacehey is dead, and nobody uses it. it's overdone, dragged, and just isn't true. the purpose for this blog is to gather spacehey users that are active. and I don't mean being on the website pretty often. I mean being actively social.
that does not include friend collectors. (aka people who have no blogs but over 100 friends knowing full well they don't interact with any of them.)
so!
if you;
- have an active blog
- subscribe to peoples blogs
- comment on everything
- love discussions
- want to talk about niche interests
- like to peacefully debate on random topics
- can't find anything interesting on top blogs
- post on bulletins
- you like reading/writing media analysis'
- have <200 friends
- are looking for more social users
- just want to find new friends
please comment! tell us what you're looking for and find friends. maybe strike a friendly discussion. BE SOCIAL! Find people who meet your eyes.
and most of all, if you align with everything in the red, friend me! this post is mostly for my benefit and I'm craving more friends! please don't be shy either, I don't use IM like that, I'm just crazy interactive XD
I’m also trying to combat the top blogs curse. Yknow, the blogs that stays at the top for days at a time because people don’t bother to looking past the first few pages? So please, even if you aren’t interested in friends, leave kudos and add a little ‘+1’ or ‘+2’ in the comments to boost it up there!!
If you have a large friending, post the link on bulletins. if you have a popular blog, post the link as a blog, I am grateful for anything, I really want to reach more people! Thank you!

also guys, just a heads up;
I don't accept any friend requests if you don't have a blog. unless I have interacted with you multiple times and you have made it clear to me that you are active on bulletins or comments. that's the only exception, unfortunately. it's the only criteria I'm not lenient with. ya gotta show me that you're active in some way and that's what I use to determine.

Hi!! Im dan, I'm Catholic and currently doing research on Cryptography as part of a research programme. I love talking about theology (and Church History but I dont know that much about it) and abstract ideas. I think literature is cool, and I sometimes read the classics (Dostoevsky, Kafka) and more contemporary works (Dazai, Murakami). But Im not super big on analysis (I just like to be moved by writing and art in general). Apart from reading I write too! I love all kinds of exploration, but being in an urban context I mostly do urban exploration and hikes across different parks and coastal areas (Though School and Research (8.30a to 6.30p) is keeping me away from that).
