Hi! Just wanted to vent a bit.
So I have OCD and anxiety since I was a little girl I guess, and this year was so hard because I had the worst OCD themes and flare-ups. I couldn't get out of my bed because I was so scared of my thoughts, and I lost more than 5kg in 3 months and it was so hard for me.
Now I feel a bit better even if I have the same OCD themes, I feel like I can handle them better now, and I just wanted to say that if you have OCD and you're in a flare-up right now or you're just struggling, just know that it will get better. Even if you feel desperate right now, it will get BETTER, just be patient and kind to yourself.
