''How to never stop being content'' by me, the opposite of Dandelion Hands (Nick Heck) version; ''How to never stop being sad.''

Time has proven that fooling yourself into believing in the lies said about you doesn’t make you notice the light in your eyes every time you freely smile,

Listen again to the songs during the lowest and highest points of your life, create new emotions and change what once was, you’re no longer scratching at the brick walls, you are gripping the edge of a windowsill looking out the window of new reality,

Where you feel the warmth of equally returned love you’ve so desperately tried to give, don’t fight it, you always have deserved that love.

Don’t stay up staring at your phone, close your eyes and imagine otherworldly things, don’t lose the romanticization of your beating life.

Go get coffee by yourself every morning before work or school and greet the people who need it most, always bring your diary or notebook to write down your thoughts and the things you feel in your very soul,

Don’t treat your loneliness as torture but more of a time of reminding and romanticizing, to observe others and to faintly smile at the people walking past, draw portraits of the people you remember in the corner of your paper or over the words and leave a torn piece of paper with the drawing on it on the table as you leave, watch them pick it up as you walk outside into the either cool crisp air or a heartwarming heatwave.

Talk to the friends you can trust or a family member you know all your life, it’s never right to hold back your thoughts. There are so many places you can go to, there is no point in being silent and trying to avoid sorrow. Don’t blame your friends if they don’t know what do around you when you stay so quiet and drowning in your own horror.

Allow yourself to pick up old hobbies and enjoy what once was, to use watercolours and paint the most delicate flowers you love the most, to try making clay horses and adding fern-like details to the horse’s body, to read a book you used to be obsessed with when you were 12, to sit in your car and look out the window, imagining someone doing parkour on the things you drive past as the music plays on the radio or speaker you bought.

And most importantly, don’t let yourself drown in repeating bad habits,

Make tea with the herbs you found gardening you made sure weren’t poisonous or harmful, let the slight bitter taste go past your heart, feel comfort in the fact nature can give back to you.

You don’t need to drive people away by forcing yourself not to speak, you need to find a way to believe in yourself and that people would rather die than see you as another rat in the garbage can. Trust that people don’t want you to die a picked daisy but instead a wilting flower, that lived its life fairly.
