I keep having dreams that are oddly real? like typically dreams have some sort of obscene factor to them or liminal space feeling that seems normal as you experience the dream but looking back on is easily distinguishable from reality. However, lately I've been having dreams that are normal life occurrences to a point where my memory has been getting hazy on what actually happened and what didn't. For example, the other night I had a dream of me and my friend going on a drive at night (an activity we often do given our small town with lackluster activity) and he gushed about his girlfriend as he often does in real life and we just talked, as if it were actually happening. A few nights after I had a dream where I was messaging one of my friends and it was completely normal to how we usually talked, and he told me how much he appreciates having me as a friend. That's it. Nothing crazy or even slightly off, but things I've been occasionally mistaking for life. If there's someone who's really into dream meanings and that sort of stuff, I would love to hear why this may be more of an occurrence now

think there might be several reasons behind this happening to u more frequently now. it might be that u are sleeping better which consequently improves your REM sleep (describes the realistic "normal" typa dreams) or the total opposite where u disturb ur REM sleep causing u to dream more vividly. or perhaps u are becoming more mindful and self aware in real life and it slips into ur dreams. if u are taking medication like melatonin that might also be the cause. im sure there are a lot of possible explanations to this related to ur stress levels or emotional stability irl, im jst not sure what it might be specifically

hope u get a clear explanation from somebody at least
my sleep schedule has changed a lot maybe so it maybe has something to do with that? I've been sleeping about the same amount of hours but the times have majorly changed idk if that has an actual impact on this kind of thing though
