I love my job but HATE my bosses. This place is so unfair and corrupt :( the job itself is so easy and also emotionally rewarding in a way, but the unfairness & favoritism is rlly starting to get to me. I’ve been here for two years now this is the only job I’ve ever really liked and kept this long, and now I’m starting to hate it too

Sorry to hear you're going through this man. The same thing just happened to me at my current job - loved the work that I did, but the franchise owner is a steaming turd. Had some of the best numbers for repairs and sales in my franchise, my GM loved me for that. But the owner still fired me last week, saying, "I just don't think its working out man, I just have past concerns".
It might be time for you to look for a new job like I am now. Good luck dude!
