i found the BESTTTT book my friend showed me about being transgender. i felt as if the common meaning didnt fit me at all but after i got recommended this book i was ecstatic with every page. new concepts and thoughts for genders not within the binary is so important because even with this book, theres still hundreds of years of gender study to recover after recent attempts remove trans people and gender research from history. the book is called "autoheterosexuality" by Phil Illy, i think it does a wonderful job at introducing the concept of autoheterosexual people. if you support trans people and want to be educated i highly recommend this book, its said in the book that 1 in 4 trans people are autohetrosexual, so i highly recommend giving it a read.

The history of so-called autogynphilia, or its called autoheterosexuality here, is such a touchy one. I am often unsure what to think of it. There has been a strong tendency to persume that any trans-lesbians are innately autogynphilic, which has been really upsetting.
