I personally pay more attention to blogs moreso that bulletins, mostly because I just forget they exist sometimes

bulletins are for friends only so to reach ore peoplee I recommend blogs but if you want to be personal with your friends I recommend bulletins.
nobody really uses bulletins though and I don't understand why
