how to convince your parents to let you go out T-T

My mom only let me go to one house show/party but then she made me leave early cs she saw ppl smoking outside and freaked out on me. I mean I somewhat understand where she's coming from cs it was in a sketchy part of town and im still 15 but I think she's being overboard. I know how to keep myself safe and dude it was literally just weed. she's acting like I was at a trap house or something LMAO

but yeah idk how would you guys get her to chill out a bit? T-T
