Help a baby emo out plz!! :c

not a long blog, but an important one ><

i see a couple of people edit their photos in a kinda emo kinda scene way, not that i label it or anything, but i see cool people add bright neon hearts with zebra print slapped on it, or cool glittery blingees (blinkies? i dunno) to their selfies... and i wonder how they get them :,<

i dont quite see anything online, or im just not properly searching on the internet for it-

but what i do know is that i want a cool blingee or sticker on my selfies and want a cool filter to make them look less boring, but i don't know if any apps have the cool 2000's bright looking stickers anywhere...

it may seem like im genuinely stupid but just be nice please. Thank you for anybody who paid attention and is willing to help!!! XD
