does anyone jave any helpful tips on rideing switch other than just practice? (skateboarding)

i ride goofy footed but i realized anytime to go to set up on a trick (im not comfortable enough to do them rolling) is i set them with my right foot so im attempt to just ride switch for the sake of the trick id like to be able to do moving easily but i have for shit balance riding regular i just kinda fall over and does anyone have any suggestions to fix this? *^*"
