Mieko Kawakami's new book coming out in english this December!

So, if the little birdies flying in from Instagram have told me correctly... Mieko Kawakami should have a new translation coming out for one of her books in December! I'm also sure I recall hearing that she's going to have a short story collection translated as well, possibly in 2026?

The book coming out in December is 'Sisters in Yellow'! I also heard she's going on tour around Europe in the fall.

Either way, you'd best bet that the moment she has a new release, I am going to sell my soul to her for a copy.
