More love and calm

I start to think how my life would be transformed if I wake up and my girl give me a kiss on my cheek ?

What if all the negative energy that we used to have from up in the morning till down at night just turned into a warming heart which can just hug me with love and caring?

What if life feels more safe - more genuine more calm than ever 

Without me trying to play with my head settings that I won't fall into this chaos and nonsense around me..

But I just can't- if there are screams out there , you weren't be sitting on the couch continuing your film - there is sth in you will make feel scared to the point that you will jump out there to know

Sometimes I wish we were more integrated into emptiness and silence- to be more neutral. 

To not react at all - at least when we say we can control it WE MEAN IT - but no we still suffering- we could not reach to 10% of it .

Oh God just to be in heaven but on earth 😭
