Dear readers,
For coming schoolyear I have to find an internship, now that's understandable ofcourse but someone of my old school siad that they need people in IT there! GREAT I can apply there but....
Yes there is a but.
But my brother will be attending that same school that same schoolyear, now I asked him for permission (I know I don't need to but still) and he said no.
Should I still apply there or not?

If you want to apply, then just do it. Don't let anybody else hold you back from fulfilling your goals, hopes, and dreams, regardless of what they might think. Focus on doing what's best for you and your life.
On a related note, I'm planning on applying and transferring to the same university my uncle transferred to in the early 1990s (albeit in a different major/field, of course). If I get accepted, I will be the 2nd generation in my family (at least from my mom's side) to attend that school. XD

I’m curious why does ur brother not wanna go to the same school as you? Is it not normal?? All my siblings go to the same school as me (2 in this upcoming year will go to my highschool) and it doesn’t really affect you in the years anyways cause you rarely see eachother and you can choose to talk about your sibling or not. I think you should listen to yourself more!!! ANYWAYS GL WITH THAT INTERNSHIP!!

My brother is going to the same preparatory secondary vocational education as I went. I'm currently doing secondary vocational education.
