I'm actually not very excited for this milestone, because I don't believe popularity is a marker for success or competency, however, I do appreciate that someone is out there reading the words of the little guy - Gordie Dimebag Haggs!

One day I will hit one million views and it will mean a lot less, because the euphoria and emotionality that comes with overcoming adversities has long left my spirit, I know because I have like 26 million views on my photography on google. You would think that would fill me with a sense of belonging and acceptance, but without the raw cash, it just doesn't hit the same.

Which is why I don't really believe in popularity as a feature of one's personality, if it's your personal goal to be popular then you are an inevitable leech, as popularity is a negative byproduct of success. It's like saying you want to be rich - sure - but what depth will you sink to I order to achieve your goals? You can even have both, money and popularity, and still be like Kevin O'leary, looking like a fool and professing what a great investment beanie babies are, how the movers and shakers believe stuffed animals are the future!

That's great dude. I think what you said about fame and views not meaning as much as some think is true. I personally believe having an impact on people is better than being world renowned. But the thing is often times being known can lead to it being easier to impacting peoples lives. But impacting peoples lives is all about putting your ideas out there in a way that people can take from them. I feel like I heard some where someone say once something along the lines of how in there opinion being notable is better than being famous. Because that way you don't have people who don't care about your work harassing you but those who know of you care.
