July 7th, 2025:
Back to thinking about the diet my dad does every now and then where he loses a lot of weight, but it's not the healthiest. It takes about 3 weeks to show a difference, but sometimes he'll do it for 2 months straight and he'll lose like 40 lbs. Here it is:
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs For Breakfast
- A Grilled Chicken Breast For Lunch
- A Can Of Chicken Noodle Soup For Dinner
Tomorrow I'll be running to the store so I can buy everything I need for the diet. Then I'll record and document how I'm feeling day by day on this diet while also checking my weight consistently. I'll be posting it on my YouTube and TikTok with my results.
Pro's: Chicken noodle soup is one of my favorites anyway so it'll be alright. I might actually hit my weight goal
Con's: I'm pretty sure I'd be starving myself cause I'm a fat boy and I like to eat. If I don't watch what I eat afterward, I'll blow back up like a balloon on an elephant's trump.
July 8th, 2025:
So I'll be running to the store today, going to see if I can just use my dad's Sam's Club card again. He wants me to buy somethings for the bar but being the broke hoe that I am, I'm not sure what all I can get. Plus I gotta pay the babysitter.
Things I need to buy for the diet:
- A Large Case Of Egg's (I'll never financially recover from this)
- A Whole Bag Of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- A Pallet Of Chicken Noodle Soup
- Plenty Of Frozen Fruit
July 9th, 2025:
Breakfast:
So I started the diet today, made me 2 soft boiled eggs so I got some of that runny yoke and I made a fruit smoothie which apparently ran right through me cause I am stuck on the toilet now Definitely feel like I'll be starving today
Lunch:
