rant about my neighbors

okay first hii first blog ^^ this is probably gonna be really disorganized sorry

i live in the us which means the 4th of july was a few days ago right? well right now my neighbors are using their fireworks despite it being JULY 6TH. i dont understand why theyre using them now and to be honest it kind of scared me at first

before my mom put up a screen protector on our patio there were two kids who would throw those popper thingys(??? i forgot what theyre called sorry </3 ) onto our patio as well as throwing their empty drink pouches there as well. also one of our upstairs neighbors likes pouring water onto our patio.. not sure what thats about but oh well

also back whenever i did public school (i do online now) the people there were just straight up rude. EVEN THE TEACHERS </3 

this is a constant issue so it seems like littering is just a thing thats considered "normal" where i live because tell me why earlier today i went to go take out the trash and there was cardboard EVERYWHERE. my mom decided to go pick it up like she always does and when she came back i saw that the grocery bag she used was overflowing </3 we have kindly informed the office of the issue before and they told us that they've been trying their best to come up with a solution so woohoo!!! 

one final thing id like to add is that theres always this little kid that tries to run me over with his scooter whenever he sees me but he always misses 

oh yeah and theres a noise problem but thats expected considering theres a lot of people it doesnt bother me too much
