humidity , dinosaurs , and spiders

we dont get heatwaves like this here, this hell is wet

srsly u can swim thru the air its so humid ,and we got a popup storm that lasted like 10 mins a bit ago, so that dropped the heat but now its more humid. and its crazy that its so wet out cuz thats the first good rain we had in weeks. the ground is so thirsty but the air gets all the drink

keeping my chickens cool has been a serious chore, mostly they stay in the shade in the woods but keeping there water cool, i have to change it out 2 or 3 times a day

stepping outside lateley after being in the ac, its like stepping into a sauna and im not exagerating. it isnt suppose to get like this, not for this long without a break ,the east side of the state is getting storm after storm and here on the west side we r in basicly a mini drought . bro fuuuuuck

u can see there doing allrite xD meanwhile i got heatsick from takeing care of them , im fine now tho but dont fuck around in this heat if ur on ssris or just sensative anyways, srsly. stay cool stay hidrated with electrolites not just water and watch out for ur friends and famly and neihbors, pets, the elderly, the homeless an all that

oh man i miss swimming in the pond, or wading in the creek  , IT IS TOOOOO HOT TO WALK TO THOSE PLACES‼️‼️‼️ wish we had a pond or creek on the property, dammit. if i had money id have a pond dug, a nice one, with native plants all around it, big enouth to atleast sprawl in when its hot outside, with running water to keep it cycled u know, mabey even a stream. . . but i dream

ill keep dreaming to just see if i dont

btw check this out, video of a gravid nursery web spider from a couple yrs ago, having a bath then makeing her egg sac and then shes not gravid anymore

she was so pretty, and heres a pic of her when i first found her, then the morning after she finished makeing the sac/laying her eggs in it, then a few days later guarding it, wat a good mama

i never got to see her make her nursery web so i never got to see her babys (i hope she just went to find a better spot but its very possable she got eaten) but ya. she was the first and only spider i ever watched make a sac so shes specail to me x3

but heres 2 other nursery web spiders with babys in the nursery webs:

those 2 were alot smaller then the first one, but still good size. and see how the same species has so much variatian in color?  a grey one, an oarnge one, and a brown and tan, all Pisaurina mira the nursery web spider
