Sim3: Gender Mods???

I want to play Sim3 SO BAD. But the only thing keeping me from playing it is the very restrictive gender expression, and I honestly cannot get past it. Are there any mods that can add trans people into the game or at the very least let male sims wear female clothing without any odd deformations?
