Cannabis Industry Worker

I am in the Cannabis Industry. I love watching and participating on cultivation, I love learning new things, I love working with MJ all around. I mean who would right? I just discovered not too long ago that many cannabis workers have been over worked and pretty much exploited. I thought my coworkers and I were the only ones going through these unfair work circumstances. Theres not many people left working in the company I'm at right now, and it sucks. 

I wanted to know if there are others who are going through similar hardships in the cannabis industry. What's it like in other people's shoes, how much better or worse are your work conditions? Let me know and leave a comment!
