not to be rude, but i do not understand the point of DNI lists. if you don't like what someone does, just don't talk to them. if they're doing something illegal, report and block. if they do something which is ultimately harmless and you don't like it (which is perfectly fine btw), just block them. they won't notice or care.
you can't expect random strangers on the internet to read through an entire list of people you don't want to interact with, and 9 times out of 10 they just won't read it or they'll completely ignore it. WHO YOU INTERACT WITH IS UP TO YOU.

I agree sm that's why I only put the age in my dni list bc that's the only useful thing
and since there's only the age I don't even know if I can call it a "list" lol

i think it would be much better for these people to make boundary lists and to block whoever they dont like (: on your boundary list you can add fyis and say things like "if youre [xxx] im going to block you" or "i only add people that are [xxx]+ / [xxx]-" and you can also list general things about yourself people should know prior to contacting you... its useful because people would know what theyre in for if they were to contact you so that they can act responsibly, and it also tells the reader what you do or dont condone because thats an often important thing to know when it comes to meeting new people (ex. if someone says their page is anti-lgbtq i will gladly block them because im lgbtq)
not to mention blocking is better than a dni list because it actually prevents said people from contacting you and they literally *cant* interact with you unless they went out of their way to evade their block but even then im sure thats a reportable offense

exactly!! i think the only acceptable use is for ages (i.e. dni if you’re a minor or dni if you’re >18, etc), anything else is a little silly.

DNI criteria that fits within 3 points is fine, I use it to tel whether I personally would want to talk with the person listing them, but lists upon lists is just profile clutter.
