sleep paralysis #2

heyy guyss so this is a sleep paralysis updatee.....

So as I have said in my 1st sleep paralysis blog that I do not get hallucinations while having a sleep paralysis but guess what now the universe wants me to suffer, I had hallucinations two times.

first one was scary and second was normal, so let's talk about first one... It starts from me going into my room at night when I saw my mother was sitting beside my bed and it looked like she was sleep walking or something because her eyes was closed ( she don't sleep walk in real life okkk).. so it was pretty weird and I tried to wake her up so i grabbed her but she held me so tight like bro it was suffocating and I could not move at all and I woke up... guys I got so scared:(..

second one was nothing scary I just saw my brother studying beside me and when I woke up he was doing just that.. 

I don't know how people handle that hallucination thingy but it was scary for me... if it happens again I will update you guys...(╥﹏╥)
