In my quarantine bubble 240/269 days since the world changed.
14 days camping (Practically alone 90% of the trip)
4 days driving down HWY 1 from San Fransisco - Morro Bay and back
11 days in Joshua Tree alone with my brother in the desert building and making his ranch a home.
Ive been having so much fun trying to learn more and make my page as cool as my imagination and curiosity allows me. To be honest this is the most fun Ive had all year. I mean Ive gone on three road trip vacations this year (distancing of course). Outdoor fun is just different than a creative outlet mixed with nostalgia and learning. Ive been at this page trying to do more moRE MORE MOORREE for approximately 48 hours. Scrolling for gifs, tricks, and tips endlessly. Much better than doom scrolling for sure. I haven't had a creative outlet in so long I forgot what it felt like.
Welp back on the grind I got to learn how to source more tricks and tips!
I want to learn everything!

I can't agree with you more! This place has rejuvenated my soul and sparked my joy again that I don't think I've had in a long time. Besides feeling like home, everyone here is so nice. SpaceHey came along at just the right time, I think.

Thank you very much for the compliment! When we traveled we tried our best to not to take breaks in public places and to keep as clean as possible as to not add to the spread.

That outdoor travel sounds amazing -- definitely the way to avoid cabin fever in this horrid pandemic, and way better than doomscrolling!
BTW, the css on your main page is ... very nicely done

Absolutely, I tried hobbies like 3d diamond painting, painting by numbers, painting, drawing, crocheting, these past 9 months. None of it was genuinely fun for me until I saw an article that spoke about this page.

It reminded me of this strange thing I read in a book recently (I actually forgot which one it was exactly, if I manage to figure it out I'll leave another comment), where the author said: "creativity is like any other muscle, anyone can use it whenever they choose to", and it felt strange to me because nowadays I'm so used to people saying "oh I'm not creative, I can't come up with things" where as in reality I believe it's our surroundings that push us to feel that way. You can ask anyone to go and create a new word, everyone has that creative capability yet so many of us feel stifled to the point where we throw up our hands and go "that's crazy! I can't do that"!
My point being, I'm in the same boat, it's so liberating to feel able to create freely in a social context
