when you fart out of your asshole, your ass lips tighten the air around your guts making that farting sound. thats why some farts dont even make a sound since your anus is relaxed. if we say we penetrated a knife into the belly of a person bloated with air, it would just rip off the tissue and make the person explode (altough it depends on how much air we pumped into the person)
