I went to the beach yesterday

Yesterday, I went to the beach with my family. Before we went to the beach, we went to a restaurant and I got fish and chips for lunch. After that we went to a museum near the restaurant and I climbed a old water tower. It was hard to get down because I was wearing wedge heel sandals. And then after that we drove down to the beach.

We got to the beach and got a spot close to the swings. I got on the swings and listened to my iPod. After swinging, I got changed into my bathing suit and went into the beach water. I didn't go in too deep. I almost went down to my knees in the beach water. It was so feeling the waves go through my legs! After that, I got dried up and ate a cookies and cream candy bar I had. 

And then my sister and my nephew slept on a towel on the sand while me, my dad and my niece played in the sand. We were making sand castles and I even made a sand cake for Laura's heavenly birthday. When my sister and nephew woke up, we went into town. 

The first place we went to was the salt water taffy/candy store since it was closing in a hour. My dad got salt water taffy and I'm not a huge salt water taffy fan so I got a bag of different flavors of jelly beans instead. I also got two big pixie sticks. After that we went to the aquarium. 

When we got inside, we got tickets and got some fish for the seals and we fed the seals. I wish I could eat the fish. It looked yummy. After that we went inside the aquarium and me and my niece went to a table with some stencils and colored some papers with the stencils. After that we got to see some sea animals. We even got to touch some too! Also there was a bunch of brochures and I took some.

After the aquarium, we went to the tilt a whirl ride and last time I went to the beach the tilt a whirl ride was closed due to maintenace. I was so happy I got to ride it this time with my niece! After that ride, we went to a small shop and bought some little things. I got a Hello Kitty plush, flower hair clips and a souvenir keychain.

After that we went to a arcade and played some games. I also played a certain game that was also at a bowling alley close to my house but it wasn't there anymore. It was at the arcade at the beach though! The last thing we did was go to the carousel mall. We found a toy store and they had a shelf full of Calico Critters toys including some gift sets. There was even a vintage playtable from the cloverleaf corners era! It was so cute and I even posted a bulletin about it! After the mall, we went home.
