I rlly need to stop getting into doomscrolling whenever I get onto my phone. like its to the point where I'd get on my phone to check a text or smthg, go to the home screen afterwards and almost immediately instinctively tap on instagram. and whenever I do that I instantly think to go to reels, and within like 10 mins I start to feel like shit cuz this world and the country I'm living in (the USA) is getting worse with each passing moment and getting hit with the worst news about it every other time is not fucking doing it for me.
doomscrolling is a deadly fucking habit of mine and it needs to stop.
