Hello everyone!! This isn't really like my normal posts where I ask questions or whatever, but I wanted to tell everyone here about a band I found a couple months back that I've recently developed a special interest for...

Stratego!!!

It's a 2nd wave melodic hardcore emo band I found from a TikTok video that used their most popular song First Rate Second Class. They have two main albums (Fife and Drum Corps, The Morse Code) and two compilation albums + one feature on a compilation album from Stratagem Records. 

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this band is, from vocals to guitar and drums... Everything about them is spectacular. My only complaint is that some of the songs on The Morse Code sound a bit similar to each other but I don't care that much since it's a no-skip album for me

They're not super big compared to other emo bands (although 2k is still a lot in retrospect, but their monthly listeners change super often!!), so it's a bit of a hidden gem... kinda not hidden though?... bleh idk. Anyone that's looking for more 2nd wave bands or just more emo bands in general to listen to, this is the one.
