Illustrations #26: Evelyn Hart

My second Artfight attack sees me doing my first proper attack on the opposing team, with the intent of revenge! The first attack I got this year was an illustration of my OC, PUPUPU★Hero, by my great friend Cheddy. I loved this adorable drawing, and wanted to repay the favor with an illustration of her OC, Evelyn Hart. It was a lot of fun to do: I love her cute color scheme and design!
