New kitten Mal 2

My new kitten Mal is doing well. Today we let him run around the house with supervision and he explored all the areas and didn't try and chew on too many chords. My adult cat Nova does not like if he is too close to her or stares at her too much, but she's a lot more tolerant of him and she's even come out from hiding while we were holding him. We watched Avatar The last Airbender and had some food while Mal ran around and Nova peaked out of her hiding area. All in all I think it was a success and all we have to do is teach Mal not to chew on things and he'll be on his way to moving around the house unsupervised. He will still have to learn some boundaries with Nova but so far he's headed in the right direction.
