im starting to get into hellenism and i just have a few questions
1 how does offering work and if i wanted to give something perishable how would i and can i use a candle instead of incense
2 when i pray how would i like ive seen that you need to do stuff with your hands and do i also need to offer something everytime i pray
3 i forgot the word but when your soul/sprit gets dirty because you were around death or crime how would you get rid of that
all answers are welcome and if your going to comment along the lines of "may god save you" or "find god/jesus" do not i will not turn over to your religion

i used to do norse paganism for a week so here's what i know
1. don't give something perishable generally you can just leave something in there with value and it should maybe work, idk. Some people in norse paganism just put beer under their places, and yeah i think you can use a candle, generally I think its more about the thought than the materials used.
2. pray in whatever way is comfortable for you
3. probably just shower.
