how to access hidden settings on some kaios phones (tested with kaios 3.1) (hotspot, debug, etc)

so i have a nokia 2780 flip, and hmd global decided that they are going to hide the hotspot from the normal settings app, so i ignored it for a while until i was gonna sideload an app i made (didnt work) and i came across this site with "mozactivity scripts", and they trigger hidden settings through the browser. that site let me get to the hotspot settings, and i was also able to enable adb through the developer settings.
