do u believe in magic? i don't, and here's why: magic isn't real.
istg, every time i see ppl in real life or in social media talk about esoterism taking it seriously, i just can't process it.
Numerology, astrology, tarot cards, scientology, spells, chakras, spiritualism... all that kind of stuff. How can ppl take that seriously? Do yall realize yall are believing in stuff you've never seen? In subjective feelings? In literal magic? I mean, when it comes to esoterism, I do like it as a hobbie or something to entertain myself, bc i like fantasy but i don't actually believe in it! It'd be stupid to believe in those kind of things... I think that in life we have to keep our ideas clear and it's important to not believe something without proof or logical sense, bc if not we can fall for things that can not help us in the future.

I'll only talk about esoterism and tarot cards because I don't have much of an opinion about the others.
About esoterism, it totally is not about magic and stuff. It's main teaching is about knowing oneself, being aware of what you're capable of right now. What you can do and what you can't basically. Furthermore, the etymological meaning of esoterism is secret knowledge. It provides information implicitly so that it doesn't feel heavy or incomprehensible. The biggest example of this is religion. If you find such topics meaningless, I assume you're not a religious person. After all, religions are about faith, not scientific evidence. Esoterism conveys concepts we cannot grasp in religion through symbolism. This is currently widely misunderstood, and religions are now known only for their 'shallow' meanings. Returning to our topic, esoterism does the same for science. Ultimately, esoterism is secret knowledge; it is not limited to embodying a specific set of knowledge. It deals with the realities of life, such as the law of ebb and flow, a cycle supported by science. Experience has shown that we are always in a state of flux, which explains the frequently discussed concept of apocalypse. While people, due to misunderstood religions, may believe that the apocalypse will occur with erupting volcanoes and earthquakes, apocalypse is actually a purely conceptual process and is neither negative nor positive. The law of descent and ascent states that every ascent is preceded by a fall. This is the reason for the still incomprehensible technologies of the Egyptians and Atlantis: we are declining. And we will inevitably rise again. You don't have to believe that, of course. But rather than ignoring this phenomenon, which we can see in the economy, social life, and science, it wouldn't be unreasonable to take it seriously and take precautions if necessary. Yeah esoterism is all about that actually.
Tarot cards on the other hand, It all depends on what events your consciousness interprets the cards you have chosen to represent. It doesn't tell you your future; that's all about symbolism. There's a reason the drawings on each card are different. Each one tells a different story, and it's up to you to see it as relatable, interpret it, and take it seriously.
Unfortunately, the media portrays both concepts I've described to you as meaningless, unprovable, and far removed from human psychology. Whoever controls the media ultimately imposes their own ideas, whether they realize it or not. Every 'magic' scene we see in a Hollywood movie was put there for a specific purpose, and they knew why they were doing it. My advice is to check both media sources that you might see as conflicting. Being able to see the conflicts and ultimately make your own judgment is the best investment you can make to yourself in today's world.
the original name of that law is involution and evolution. just researched
