Help me (?)

Basically this girl and I started talking about a month and a half ago, and I was starting to catch feelings for her, when my grandpa suddenly died. Legit just dropped dead one morning, completely unexpected. Then my feelings for her started to progressively lessen, likely because my grandpa and I were very close, so naturally I was (and still am) upset by his death. She’s invited me to her house to watch a movie, and we’ve hung out once before, but I really am just not into her. We get along great, and I love her as a friend, but I never felt any real chemistry between the two of us at any point. I know what I’m going to say to her, but the problem is I honestly just don’t know how to get that conversation going. I do want it to be in person because over text I can’t tell what she’s feeling at all; she’s just not a very expressive texter. So idk… we’ll have to see…
