Today I almost passed out… because of a thermal shirt.
Yes. Just a single thermal top. (´;ω;`)
Actually, this isn’t the first time.
Whenever I wear thermals, I *have* to make sure I’m not in a closed space or walking too fast...
Because if I do — boom. Instant dizziness.
Right now my head is exploding btw (T▽T)
So… what happened today?
The train that usually comes at 42 was suddenly showing up at 38.
I hadn’t even left the house yet and I needed at least 7-8 minutes to walk there…
Which meant I had to get there in 4 minutes or miss it entirely (;´д`)ゞ
Did I make it?
Yes... I did.
But when I arrived, my heart was beating super SLOW, yet I could feel every beat like it was echoing in my chest.
My head started pounding, my legs gave out a little — like they were moving in slow motion.
I noticed the signs and sat down right away.
Looked at my reflection in my phone and guess what?
I WAS SWEATING.
At -3°C. (>д<)
I had to take off my scarf, gloves, everything but my soul.
And why?
Because I had ONE thermal top and a sad little jacket. That’s it.
But somehow… I felt like I was in a sauna o(`^´*)
It’s not even the first time this happens either.
Even at -10°C, if I wear just one thermal top, I feel like it’s 25° inside my body.
And yes, that *sounds* like a blessing — but the side effect is getting dizzy af (╥﹏╥)
Could this all be avoided if I just stopped wearing thermal shirts?
Yes.
BUT… I have no actual winter clothes.
Like 90% of my closet is summer stuff.
I only own 6 thermal tops that I rotate through the week and wash every Sunday when I don’t leave the house hahaha (^▽^;)
So yeah.
Is anyone else out there getting lightheaded from thermal clothing?
