How the hell do ppl make animated pagedolls

Alr so I wanna make a little pagedoll of Candy Apple cookie's gacha animation, and the different codes I've tried did not work, and there were no animated pagedoll codes to be found

can you give a example about what you mean?

I mean like I'm using a gif of the animation, and I convert it into an image code using catbox.moe, and I'm using pagedoll codes in order to make it work, but whenever I put the catbox code into the image area, and whenever I copy the code into SpaceHey or neocities, it doesn't work. I've looked for animated pagedoll codes, but they were either unrelated websites, or the links to them didn't work

I used free to use toyhouse codes that said they were CSS/HTML

also keep in mind noth every html stuff is allowed here and some stuff gets filtered away
