Day 1 Cooking Log

Just finished making two gallons of sweet tea, two gallons of lemonade, one gallon of koolaid, four gallons of cheese dip, and 200 hot dogs. So proud of myself and these other volunteers in this kitchen. Dropped a plate of chips so we lost precious cargo, but it'll be okay :')

Update at 5:45 PM: 

We severely overestimated how many hot dogs we needed. We have a whole pan of 50 left. >:(

Update at 10:00 PM:

Going to bed now, need to get up at 5:30 AM to make pancakes and sausage and cut up fruit and stuff. 

Final Thoughts: 

Day one went well.

P.S: I'm the only person under the age of 48 working this kitchen >○<
