Why do veiny feet exist?
So recently I have been flashed by some sweet, kind and majestic feet which were veiny and I would like to tell you all about it. (trauma dump)
While visible veins on the feet are often a normal part of aging, they can also be a sign of underlying health issues that may require attention. The interesting part about that is that this person that had veiny feet was FIFTEEN..
For you being able to visualise it better:
Veiny feet mean veins, particularly on the top of the feet, that become more visible. The veins can appear as bluish or purplish lines or can become swollen and bulging. The appearance of these veins may vary from person to person (some have greenish veins). Visible veins can also sometimes indicate underlying issues related to blood flow and vascular health, though in many cases, they are harmless. So no need to worry, dear 15 year olds!
Speaking of different kind of colours in veins.. I heard that it's related to what kind of undertone your skin has (e. g. blue veins -> cold undertone, green veins -> warm undertone). Can anyone confirm if this is true??
The causes of veiny feet:
Aging. I'll say it again. Maybe you (the targeted fifteen year old) took some protein things for your 7-times a week gym routine that caused you to have veiny feet..? Why does aging make them more visible? The elasticity of the veins loosens once you age and the valves that help circulate blood become weaker!
But hey, maybe the fifteen year old didnt even take some drugs that caused that and its just his genetics! If a person has a family history of varicose veins or other vein-related issues, they may be more likely to experience visible veins on their feet!
If none of these are the case it's probably low circulation or increased physical activity (hey... i think the fifteen year old boy watched too many lookmaxxing videos and put his body under too much stress..)
Concerns? Yes. I'm scared. Veiny feet are very triggering.
Conclusion:
Don't be like that fifteen year old kid and get veiny feet.
yours,
Cherry
