no, i didnt befriend a random cool person by complimenting them :(

instead i went swimming wit a friend nd genuinely enjoyed it!

she had a paddle board (or a sup) nd of course thats all we did for 2 hours. there were some waves though, nd it was BOTH of our first times using it, so we almost crashed into a bunch of rocks.

it was nice tho, refreshing. everyone seems so distant nd uninterested, while she actually hung out wit me.

our asses burned off from the board, but it was worth it to tell the most recent drama (boring ass shit from skool but gota share obv). SKIP THE NEXT PARAGRAPH IF U CANT HANDLE SECOND HAND EMBARRASSMENT!

so its nthg special, but this one girl nd guy from the "popular" group (idfk who decided that but they r jus the biggest group wit like 6-7 ppl, it depends on who u ask) during the last week of skool starting getting touchy wit each other. yk how sum old ppl say "if he bullies u that means he likes u"? well thats exactly how these 2 r. it was whatever, until i hung out wit another girl i completely stopped talking to (long story) nd she started telling us how the girl in question (haha reference) asked one of their mutual friends to ask the guy if he likes her. THE DUMBASS SAID 50/50 😭 but now she is obsessed or sum but idrc unless someone gets hurts mentally or physically. OH nd speaking of her telling us about them, she also showed a video of 2 others from the friend group nd how they danced, which wld have been fine if the guy didnt have his shirt off, if the girl had sum more clothes, nd if they werent slowly shaking their hips side to side looking at the camera then later towards us. damn i wish i had that video it was so bad.

anyways we watched "you are so not invited to my bar mitzvah" which was so fun becuz of all the second hand embarrassment. i cant watch movies like that without friends. life is good, and then u die.
