Hiiiiii!!!

Good evening sweetheart, it is Ida with a yap session about a game he likes :3

(This might contain some spoilers for Ultrakill, please if you seem to like the idea of playing it do not read this and go buy it on steam! No excuses currently its at 33% discount!)

Today's special is about a game that's gotten quite popular over the years since it was opened as a early access in Steam.

If it wasn't obvious by the title of today's blog, its about the game about killing demons in a specially cool and stylish way! Heavily inspired in Devil may cry and with some religious aspects, we're talking about the game that got me into FPS's...

Ultrakill

This game is always a joy to play! I assume you know a bit about it but I guess I'll explain a bit :3

Ultrakill is a game about the player, aka V1, a bloodthirsty machine that (we players assume since there are no official explanations yet) ventures into hell once all life in the surface has been long gone, seeking more blood to fill its engine through my favorite method in fiction, exageratedly magnifique violence!

Which we could summerize in the starting phrase of the game

MANKIND IS DEAD
BLOOD IS FUEL
HELL IS FULL

:3 I hope you can tell how much I love this game already! The premise is like nothing I've ever seen before, well, maybe DOOM and how cool the Doomslayer is, but this game is much diferent!

The difficulty it presents, at least in standard, violent and brutal dificulty is very notable! Its trully a unique challenge every level, that requires quick solving skills and good managment of the 6 weapons avialable currently, plus each one has 3 variants, you trully feel like a war blood fueled machine!

I mention this becauseee lately I've been having an unstoppable need to do something in the game. You see, the game is divided by three acts.

Act 1 : Infinite Hyperdeath

Act 2 : Imperfect Hatred

Act 3 : Godfist Suicide (Incomplete yet Layer 7 was added a year ago)

Every level of each of this acts has a rank, ranging from D of doodoo to P of... I don't want to know but having a level in P is great! And so, what if you get P in all levels of all the layers of each act?

In act one, once you've done that you get access to a door leading to a secret boss known as Minos Prime.

Once he's cooked, you must complete all levels of Act 2 in P in order to access another secret door leading to not only one of the hardest levels of Ultrakill, but the secret boss known as Sisiphus Prime

I've done already those two bossfights in Standard and Violent dificulty, I even have a P on Minos Prime in standard! But as V1 is always required of more and more fresh blood, I need more and new challenges for no reason but being a tryhard, and I tried compleating the second act on Brutal, to unlock the level of Sisiphus known as P-2: Wait of the world.

... I'm just saying, beating 5-1 was a fever nightmare. One that costed me about half an hour.

Currently I only have 3 more levels to beat to get to P-2, which are 5-2, 5-3 and 6-1. Which am happy to say it won't be that hard! But it makes me scared of how much of an absolute nightmare beating P-2 on brutal will be! Because, since my Pc cannot stand big games, and Ultrakill got a visual update that made my Pc unable to play it, I've been having to use an App from Nvidia to play it decently, which has limited time usage...

SO, not only will I have to beat the hardest level I have the courage to take, I will have to do it in less than an hour long! If I don't, I have to start all over again.  No matter how much I progress, if I don't do it in less than an hour it will all be gone, and things don't save in that aplication!

This gonna be my downfall for real this time.

And well, other than my almoast masochistic challenges,  I really love the game, and I want to encourage you, if you haven't plaid it (yet still read this whole spoiler of a story), to go, buy the game and try it for yourself! Its real fun and am sure that if you like fast-paced ridiculesly complicated combat you gonna love this!
