South wales uk alt group

Okay sooo this might not the the smartest post lol, but is there any alt teens around south wales in the uk?, am interested in starting a lil group if there’s people interested. 

-any type of alt so emo/goth/scene/your own style etc

-is able to meet up in Cardiff (seems the safest option) 

-between 13-18
