Idk that many sites but i used https://gifcity.carrd.co/ a lot and recently found a site called https://pixel-soup.tumblr.com
Tumbrl in general is a good space to look for stuff like that ^^
here's for example a tumblr post with many stamps xD

neocities is also a great place to look for gifs and stuff
