So, I ordered a ps3 a few days ago. I've never owned one, so I'm like super excited aaaaaaa- My family has always been a playstation family but we skipped the ps3 that generation (we got a wii instead lol). But I've had pretty much every other playstation console, even a psp and psvita!! Not a psportal though that shit's a rippoff lmao.
Anyways, one of my hobbies is actually modding consoles!!! I call it my "tech projects" lol. But when I haven't modded something in a while I get all itchy to do it again lol. I swear you hack a 3ds and suddenly you feel like you're untouchable...
So, I bought a ps3 so I can mod it. I HAVE emulated ps3 games on my pc before, and I have a steam deck too (not that I tested ps3 emulation on it I just know its possible... furthest I've emulated on it is wii I think) but ps3 emulation is kinda spotty.. So I thought "eh fuck it let's just buy one." So I did. I fuckin' hate waiting for packages to arrive but wow am I addicted to buying dumb shit on the internet... But the ps3 generation is the era of games I just don't have access to for the most part so it would be fun to have a modded ps3. Plus then I could connect my psp to it and play Dreamy Theater!!!! Hehe oh and the worst version of Sonic 06. If I'm gonna play 06 it's GOTTA be the worst possible version!!!
I wish they made pink ps3s it fucking sucks how the slims are all either black or white like wtf how am I supposed to be cute with this??? UGHHH
Anyways yeah it's supposed to come tomorrow (today??? its like 3am as I write this..) but I'M SO IMPATIENT COME NOWWWWWWW-

I never owned a playstation or any other console in my life, but I ahd the experience to play ps3 plenty of times, It was such a great experience, I really love the way the menu is designed, unfortunately because of crazy prices and economy it doesn't seem I'll have one soon, Can you inform me about the modding thing tho? I don't really hear of that.
