Go pick up a hobby, hit the gym, read a book, do literally anything to work on YOURSELF. You don’t need a relationship to survive — it’s cool to have but acting like it’s do-or-die is wild.

Idk, but mayb being a social creature means being alone prevents someone from working on themselves-not saying yr wrong- but when people r lonely for an extended unusual ammount of time it effects them psychologically, when im lonely i only have the motive to work on myself if its for someone else, but maybe thats my skill issue tho, idk anything :P
