Parker

I saw a boy wandering the woods at my friends house. He looked like a kid who had been in the papers a few years back. The obituary section.

He was pronounced dead after he'd been missing for 2 years. They found bones not too far from where he went missing.

I think his name was Parker?

My 2 friends and I were at the pond by my friend's house, they were having a birthday party and we wandered off, I told them I saw someone but they didn't believe me. However, they did point out that there was a camera hidden on the other side of the pond. We kinda brushed past that since my friend has cameras surrounding her house, it would make sense for her to have some by her pond.

I felt off the rest of the night. Everyone else was having fun. Eating cake, drinking, partying. I just kept glancing out the windows of her kitchen towards the woods.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm crazy. If I even did see someone. If I even saw Parker.

But then again, Parker's case went cold a year after he went missing. It was reopened when the bones were found. But what if those bones weren't his? What if he's still out there?

Did I see Parker in the woods?
