The Day After An Episode

The days after an episode are strange to say the least… having went through multiple psychotic episodes throughout my life the days after getting out of them always felt unreal, yet I felt a sense of relief and happiness, always end up being in a really good mood until I realize I gotta do damage control after them 😭 most of the times I don’t even remember exactly what happened and I gotta get told by other people, I realize that I inflicted a lot of pain onto myself and usually end up having to have long talks with the people closest to me… Does this happen to anyone else?
